- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Support seasonal peak periods with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English highly valued)
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech troubleshooting
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to our downtown San Antonio office
- Must pass background check and drug screening
