Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle inventory checks and assist with visual merchandising.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including security checks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus location.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
