Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into the CRM system.
- Provide detailed product information and process orders.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
