Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Provide exceptional customer service via live chat for clients across the United States.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical and account-related problems efficiently during off-peak hours.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log customer details and solutions into our CRM database.
- Follow Scripts & Guidelines: Adhere to company protocols while maintaining a personalized and human touch.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and route them to the appropriate technical team or supervisor.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve product and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (rotating shifts).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer support, call center, or chat support is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple windows and software simultaneously.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35-40 WPM.
