Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.

- Accurately input customer data into our CRM systems and maintain up-to-date records.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
