- Document all interactions and transactions in our CRM system accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
