Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while keeping the customer informed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products based on customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
