Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory if you have the right attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
