Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account changes, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address complex customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and improve the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to help solve customer problems.
