Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to answer questions accurately.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to management to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to analyze issues and provide creative solutions.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
