- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Provide product and service information to customers, answering detailed questions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Document all interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
