Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer account records in our CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management team.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and resolve systemic issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
