Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Qualifications
