Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and apply knowledge of our products and services to assist clients effectively.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based platforms.
