Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex cases
- Maintain service quality metrics and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Support weekend coverage across multiple time zones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM)
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available Saturdays/Sundays (10am-6pm EST)
- Boston area residency preferred for local client support
