Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, BPO, or customer service environment is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Clear, professional verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
