Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT), average handle time (AHT), and quality scores
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory (no exceptions)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
