Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred (1 year minimum).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
