Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while meeting performance metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction processes
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
