Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using our CRM platform
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining compliance standards
- Collaborate with weekend support teams to escalate complex cases efficiently
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekend training sessions and process improvement initiatives
- Uphold company brand standards in all customer communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability required
- Basic technical troubleshooting aptitude
