Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote value-added services
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C or B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a major plus)
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend schedule (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
