- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account details
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while meeting SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training

Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume weekend settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
