Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and product knowledge
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services ethically
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks during peak hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
