Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, order discrepancies, and technical support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet weekly performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-6PM)
