Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
