Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) to Philadelphia-based customers with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex inquiries and complaints using problem-solving frameworks
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Contribute to weekend team huddles and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience with proven conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional verbal/written communication abilities with clear Philadelphia-area dialect proficiency
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining team alignment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends including holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
