Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and patience
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with weekend support teams to escalate complex issues seamlessly
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Conduct post-interaction surveys and analyze feedback trends
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction rating and first-contact resolution targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend schedule (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
