Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls and digital communications with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and process orders using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, resolution rates, and AHT targets
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance weekend service efficiency
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts with weekday flexibility)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
