- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions in ticketing systems with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated product issues
- Maintain expert knowledge of smart home product ecosystems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer workflows
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or retail
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with empathy-driven approach
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
- Ability to navigate multiple digital tools simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
