Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve complex issues using proprietary CRM systems and escalation protocols
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for urgent client matters
- Train new team members on product knowledge and service standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume contact center
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends with occasional weekday availability
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
