Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Identify upsell opportunities through proactive relationship building
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral English proficiency
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask across digital channels
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent
