Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 98% accuracy
- Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Participate in team performance reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Clear communication skills in English/Spanish
