Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% resolution rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics including CSAT and FCR targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekday availability
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
