Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns using company protocols and problem-solving frameworks
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend service coverage
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics for quality and efficiency
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills with clear articulation in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
