Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, adhering to company dress code policies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware for remote hybrid roles (if applicable).
