Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer service calls.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Document customer interactions and feedback into CRM software accurately.
- Resolve complaints and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to established call scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
