Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
- Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts while adapting to unique customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues and find optimal solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients in a consultative manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and adhere to a consistent shift schedule.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are not required but may be a plus.
