Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating matters when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to all company policies and scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional tone.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when handling difficult customer situations.
