Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Ensure 100% compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable home office setup (headset, high-speed internet) if remote.
