Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM system after every interaction.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
- Assist customers with product navigation and technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Proficient with computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
