Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account status efficiently.
- Process payments and update customer information accurately in our CRM system.
- Listen actively to customer needs and empathize with their situations to provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management or technical department while maintaining a positive tone.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be computer literate and able to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
