Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support) to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required for high performers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
