Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
