Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type 30+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer with a headset.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
