The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of our company, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize CRM software and internal databases to update customer accounts and track case progress.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account setup, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in accordance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or relevant experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend hours.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace if remote (onsite available).
