Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not always required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to think critically and solve customer issues efficiently.
- Location: Must reside in or around Las Vegas, NV, or be willing to work remote in California.
