Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Provide product and service information to customers, answering detailed questions with patience and clarity.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
