Responsibilities

- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution
- Meet performance metrics for call handling time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a local or regional setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
