Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently while adhering to company policies and scripts.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while respecting customer preferences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency with computer systems, typing, and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM β 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM β 3:00 AM) with a reliable schedule.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
