As a member of our weekend support team, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive the assistance they need promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Document all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
